The City of Durango will begin its citywide spring cleanup on March 31 (it will continue until May 1).

Downtown parking meters will accept ParkMobile app payments in April with up to five vehicles per account and a 40 cent convenience fee, while the La Plata Electric Association seeks college interns for IT, marketing, graphic design, and finance positions (paid internships are offered for spring, summer, and fall). La Plata County will test emergency alerts and response plans for wildfire season (a CodeRED test is scheduled for April 20 and simulations will run from April 21) and a comedy show supporting local businesses is set for April 25 at the Durango Arts Center with a happy hour starting at 6:00 p.m.
