La Plata County residents are invited to attend a free community wildfire workshop Tuesday, April 22 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the La Plata County Fairgrounds, 2500 Main Ave—participants will learn key wildfire safety measures.

The City of Durango's sales tax team will begin holding monthly office hours at Common Grounds Caffe (located at the Durango Public Library at 1900 East Third Ave.) beginning April 17 from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
