  • More than 9,000 soccer players, families and officials will come to Durango from May 9th through May 11th for the 30th annual Common Spirit Durango Shootout Soccer Tournament, with over 160 teams from Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico and Utah set to compete at local venues. La Plata County Commissioner Martha Porter-Norton will deliver a keynote on mental health on May 15th at Fort Lewis College — while Manna Soup Kitchen holds its third annual plant sale on Mother’s Day weekend to boost local commerce.  Durango Local News
